Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
This Cash on Delivery (“COD”) Policy governs the use of the COD payment option offered by The Brolent Store .
1. Availability
Cash on Delivery is available for select products and serviceable locations only. Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment Terms
Customers choosing Cash on Delivery agree to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for providing the exact payment amount where possible.
3. Order Confirmation
We reserve the right to verify COD orders via telephone, email, or SMS prior to dispatch. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.
4. Acceptance of Delivery
By placing a COD order, the customer agrees to accept delivery upon arrival. Refusal of delivery without valid cause may result in restriction or suspension of future COD orders.
5. Cancellation Policy
COD orders may not be canceled once dispatched. Cancellation requests submitted after dispatch will not be honored.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds for COD orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Any approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as cash refunds are not provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Brolent Store shall not be held liable for delays, non-delivery, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
8. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Continued use of the COD option constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
